KASSIKÄPA VILLA
Just a few hundred metres from the Haapsalu town border, we are waiting for you in our new accommodation complex among the pines.
Kassikäpa is a modern and cozy place where you’ll find everything you need for an event, a party, or simply a relaxing getaway. The courtyard features barbecue areas, a pool for cooling off in summer, and an outdoor kitchen.
Majutusasutus asub linna piiril ning kõik tähtis on Haapsalus vaid mõne kilomeetri kaugusel. Bussipeatus on kohe tee ääres, kust viivad bussid linna ning kõrvalt läheb ka terviserada, mida mööda on väga mõnus linna jalutada või rattaga sõita erinevaid restorane ja kohvikuid nautima. Lisaks on suurte ürituste ajal hea ja lihtne vaiksesse kohta tagasi ööseks puhkama tulla.
Paralepa beach is only 2,7 km away from Kassikäpa, which is pleasing for families with small children.
The accommodation consists of five different houses.
The villas no. 1-3 are meant for families and they have everything essential.
The courtyard offers barbecue areas, a pool for summer refreshment, and an outdoor kitchen.
Kassikäpa Villa is suitable for different events, parties, and just for enjoying the holidays.
The hall located in the large building is suitable for bigger celebrations. In addition, in the summertime, party tents can be placed in the yard.
The entire complex has beds for up to 50 people, where they can rest after big events or simply to enjoy the vacation.
OUR STORY
Kassikäpa Villa is located on the outskirts of Haapsalu, surrounded by beautiful nature, offering guests peace and relaxation. This is not just a place to stay, but a true sanctuary created with a spirit of homeliness and warmth. The villa’s owners, devoted cat lovers, named it “Kassikäpa” (translated as "cat's paw") as a tribute to the joyful and soothing influence of their beloved four-legged friends and the sense of home they bring.
The story of the villa dates back many years when the current owners sought a place to escape the fast pace and responsibilities of life. In the embrace of nature, near a small wooded area close to Haapsalu, they discovered an old building whose character and atmosphere left a lasting impression. Although the old house could not be restored, a new and cozy villa was built in its place, carrying forward a unique story in every room.
We wish for every guest who visits our villa to feel welcome and cared for. Just like a cat starts to purr when it feels safe, we strive to create a calm and warm atmosphere for our visitors.
Kassikäpa Villa is also ideal for hosting special occasions such as weddings and birthdays. Memorable celebrations can be organized here, with every detail thoughtfully planned to create a unique atmosphere. The villa’s courtyard offers various options for events – whether it’s a romantic ceremony in the garden, an elegant dinner indoors, or a lively outdoor party under the setting sun. For weddings, guests can choose between a smaller, intimate ceremony with loved ones or a larger celebration, enjoying the villa’s comfort and closeness to nature.
Kassikäpa Villa offers more than just accommodation – it’s an experience. The villa’s inspiration and symbol is our beloved cat Mango, who no longer lives at the villa but at the owners’ home, and in whose honor Kassikäpa Villa got its name

Sauna heating and keeping warm for 2 hours is
50€ and 10€ for each following hour.
Charcoal + lighter fluid (for the grill) 5€ + 5€
*Sauna is for smaller groups, max. 6 people.
On the second floor, there are up to 30 bed spots in rooms 1-7.
On the first floor, there is a sauna, kitchen and a large party hall that can accommodate 50 people.
